The standard shipping charge, initiated by private courier services authorized and hired by Vital, starts at 32 baht, varying with the weight of the product and the delivery area. The minimum price mentioned above may fluctuate according to local minimum wage mechanisms and fuel costs.
Express Delivery is a 3-hour rush delivery service by motorcycle via Vital, exclusively for orders through the Chat and Shop service. You can choose express delivery slots every hour from 10:00 to 18:00.

The charge for Express Delivery ranges from 80 – 350 baht, depending on the delivery area, and Vital will inform you of the delivery charges and collect payment along with the product cost or cash on delivery only.
Products eligible for Express Delivery are only for orders through the chat service.
Vital reserves the right to change the delivery method in cases where the total weight of the order exceeds 20 kilograms. We reserve the right to change the delivery method and/or delivery timeframe.

Our policy is to deliver products to your doorstep, including delivery in office buildings, condos, and apartments. However, if the building does not allow our employees to deliver products directly or does not facilitate parking for product delivery, or if there are no elevators for convenient product transport, we reserve the right to hand over the products to you in the reception area instead, such as the lobby of an office building or the ground floor of condos and apartments. For multi-story residential houses, if you require our staff to carry products upstairs where there is no elevator, we reserve the right to limit product delivery to the second floor and restrict the maximum transport weight to 20 kg per order number. For residential deliveries, our staff will deliver products only in front of the customer's residence door and are not allowed to enter the customer's building or house, considering the health and safety of customers and employees.
Without prejudice to Vital's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms in any way, Vital may take such action as deemed appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Vital may assign, subcontract, or deal with Vital's rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
