Suggested Use

Take 1 scoop daily, about 30 minutes before bedtime. Mix with cold water or your favorite beverage. For additional protein, you can mix it with milk. The amount of water or milk can be adjusted to your personal preference (recommended 6–8 oz / 180–240 ml).
