Suggested Use

Workout Days: Immediately after waking up, mix 1 scoop of Serious Mass with cold water. For additional protein, use unsweetened milk (10-12 oz recommended). About 30 minutes before workout, mix 1 scoop with cold water. Immediately post-workout, mix 1 scoop with cold water. Non-Workout Days: On waking, mix 1 scoop with cold water or unsweetened milk for higher protein (10-12 oz recommended).
